Elisabeth "Liz" Noland is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Psychology at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) working with Drs. Jin Goh and Sohad Murrar. Her research identifies the social conditions that foster inclusion across interpersonal, intergroup, and institutional contexts. She translates these insights into interventions that increase recognition of injustice and inspire collective action.
